GAFF HOOK  Assembly
sealed in Storage Tin - Original and
. Used by the USAAF Army Air Force for the pocket of the Type C-1 Survival Vest -
The storage tin is in VVG  condition with some minor wear of the "Tinning"
on the exterior.
and no dings This item was part of the numerous accessories that were issued in the C-1 Survival Vest.  It is NOS..  please see photo's for speculative contents, as this unit is sealed. If you have the vest, this is needed to add to the contents to make all original. These were either lost or used and seldom found...  NO rods for the SPIT roasting use are included.
