Thanks for bidding on this WWII Military-Issued Wooden Foot Locker. It is “game-used.” Showing obvious patina and wear, it remains in excellent shape even after all these years.
What a unique piece of history!
It may be hard to make out, but it appears to me that it was “in theater,” stamped Okinawa. I bought this at an estate sale, so I’m uncertain of the provenance.
No bad smell or hardware issues to speak of. It even has the original dresser tray.
The chest measures 32 Inches x 16 Inches x 13 Inches. It weighs 40 Pounds.
