    Description

    Offered is a 1943 dated combat medic shoulder bag or pouch along with a red cross cloth arm band. These items came from a U.S. Veterans estate.
    The outside center front flap edge is stamped; "Shell Dressings".  The front center of the pouch has a painted white circle with a red cross in the center. The inside of the top flap is stamped with what looks to be; "A.C. 1943" along with what may be an arrow head? Possibly indicating this may be a British made item? The arm band is a cloth ivory colored strip with a stitched on cloth red cross in the center. The back is stamped; "M 758930".
    Both pieces are 'as found' and were used. They have no major damage, holes, missing stitching, or dark stains or writing. They both
    DO
    have some occasion moderate stains or soiling. The canvas is fairly stiff as if it was never washed. Watch for my other listings of medical military items from the same Estate.
