    Vintage Rigger made backpack
    I am not certain when this was made but appears to be from the 1940s-50s .
    It is as found and the USGS stencil may have been who contracted the pack to an outfit that did Rigger /Parachute bag type work ?
    A very well built pack and compatible to the old Filson pieces .
