vintage machinist milling drill swivel base indexed

Description

Not sure what this indexed swivel type base is from. The indexing is from 0 to 45 degrees one direction and 0 to 90 degrees the other direction. There are no chips or cracks. I don't know much more than that about this base.  The pictures provide the best info. on condition and size. All questions answered promptly.
