    Description

    Vintage Bowie Fixed Blade Knife with unique woven steel rod handle. The handle is a steel rod laced around itself welded to the blade.
    Measures 11" in total length
    Blade is 6" in length x 1-3/16" deep x 9/32" thick. of strong construction.
    Cosmetically in good condition. Blade has been sharpened and polished.
    There is some rust. See pics.
    Handle is very strong and in nice shape.  This item shows artistic talent and considerable labor in its fabrication.
