These Exceptional 60's Othmer Christmas Worlds Fair tiles are a
once in a life time find.
These were personal gifts bestowed at the holidays from world renowned professor, inventor, and philanthropist Donald Othmer and his wife Mildred.
As the Othmers were well traveled their closest family and friends would anticipate the plates arrival, sharing the years travels.
The tradition, started in 1960 and ran through 1987.
These four tiles (plates) are in Exceptional condition, considering their age. There are no chips, cracks, fissures, or crazing.
Each tile measures approximately 5" 7/8 " square x 3/8" deep.
