    Description

    Semi universal type, comes complete with dividing plates DP-1 and tailstock TS-1. Dividing Head can divide in any angle by the direct, in-direct, or different methods. The ratio between the worm and the worm gear is 40:1. All internals and worm are hardened and grounded, spindle is rigidly held in a taper roller bearing, the swivel head can be locked in any position, from 10 degrees below the horizontal to 90 degrees above, (vertical position), the movement is smooth and precise. All models have 24 hole dividing plate with easy conversion to fast direct indexing on numbers 2,3,4,6,8,12, and 24. Easy indexing of all numbers from 2 to 50 and many others from 52 to 380. The head is accurate and precise. It has almost non backslash, excellent appearance and a strong structure: All combined to offer a smooth operation. Hardened and ground spindle is rigidly held in a taper roller bearing.
