US WWII COLD WEATHER MOUNTAIN TROOPS WHITE CANVAS & LEATHER "MUKLUKS”/BOOTS

Description

Up for sale is this antique original pair of WWII U.S. cold weather "mukluks" as used by the 10th U.S. Mountain Division.  They are made of canvas and leather.  They have seen actual use but no abuse.  They have the proper stampings and label and are dated "1944".  They are a size small which relates to size 8-9.  They are in solid condition with no tears or repairs.  All stitching is tight.  One of the shoelaces has been cut and is shorter than the other.  They do have some soiling but should clean up if desired.
