U.S.WW2 M43 E-TOOL,1944 DATED, MATCHING COVER, NICE!

SOLD TO U. S. BIDDERS ONLY! A very nice condition 1944 dated M43 folding shovel, or E-Tool with matching dated cover. The shovel is marked “US/Wood/1944”, the carrier markings are “J. A. Shoe/1944” . Except for some small areas of surface oxidation seen in the photos and slight finish wear in the tip, most of the original painted finish is still present to include the handle. Folding mechanism works fine. The carrier looks nearly unissued but for the white strip on the inside of the flap intended to be used for issue markings. The slightest of surface oxidation on some of the hardware that will clean. Overall an above average set with a nice date.  Please see the photos for anything I may have missed.
