    Description

Here is an original U.S. M-1942-MOD.  PW-1-45 Single Burner Camp Stove WWII era .  Case is marked U.S. C.M. MFG. CO. 1945.   Stove is marked U.S. M-1942-MOD. PW-1-45 .  It has original multi wrench that clips on and stays with stove.  This stove has been used and there is black residue on burner arms and around valve stems.  Bottom feet fold in and out as they should.  Arms also fold down and are secure when raised up , held by metal ring around stove.  The small black knob is missing from one of the valve stems and the rod is slightly bent down.  The inside of tank is clean with no rust or residue.  The tank does not hold pressure but spring and old bushing are complete.  I think this should be fairly easy fix, I did not add oil or turn bushing over.  The case is dented, scratched and stained with smoke.  These are tough little stoves and this one could be fixed to use or for parts.  Please see photos and ask questions before bidding. Thanks for looking.
