Paul Allen Talking Bobblehead Canterbury Park Vikings.
This is a bobblehead that was a giveaway at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, MN.    Paul is the race track announcer at Canterbury.  He is also on the radio at KFAN and the voice of the Minnesota Vikings Radio Network.  There is a button on  the back of the bobblehead.  Once the switch on the bottom of the bobblehead and push the button, the bobblehead starts to talk.  I just tried it and the bobblehead did talk
