USSR joined the Allies after being invaded by Germany and US start to supply many of the US products to USSR by the Lend-Lease programm.
So during the 1941 till 1945 was supply a giant quantity of the different military and generals products from US and many of them was conserved and preserved in many Army warehouses in USSR territory. This items is an one of the Land-Lease products from the warehouse, so I warranty 100% what it's a original item.
Belt new unused, from the warehouse, someplace can has a rust in metal parts but I hope what you can understand it because it has more than 80 years old.
