    This high-quality steel barrel extension was Designed by the British during WWII to lock onto the barrels of their Webley No 4 Mk 1, AND the US AN-M8 FLARE Pistols. It protected Airmen from injury when firing a Ground Signal out of these otherwise short barreled pistols.
    Like many WWII armaments, I believe These barrel extensions were made by our Allies in Canada. They produced quality firearms such as the highly sought after Enfield rifle made at “LongBranch.”
