    This stick was purchased in the summer of 2009 directly from the Tampa Bay Lightning at the then St. Pete Times Forum. This stick was used during Stamkos’ Rookie season in 2008-09. At that time, following each season, the Lightning had an annual “Gear-age” Sale at which they sold select pieces of equipment and memorabilia. The stick was later signed personally by Stamkos at the Brandon Ice Arena in Brandon Florida, just outside Tampa, where the Lightning held practice sessions. This stick and autograph are 100% AUTHENTIC and features outstanding game use to accompany Stamkos’ spectacular autograph. You won’t likely find another one like it!

    Following his selection into the NHL, Stamkos signed a number of sponsorships, including an athlete's agreement with Nike.[128][129] He was featured in a web-only Nike commercial called Forget Everything, which was released to coincide with his first game in his hometown of Unionville on October 28, 2008. He has also endorsed Tissot watches.[130] On June 22, 2011, Stamkos was named the cover athlete for the EA Sports' NHL 12 video game.[131] In late 2013, he played the leading role in a web commercial for Coca-Cola Zero named "Shawn Warford's Moment Zero." Most recently, Stamkos signed a multi-year sponsorship with Sport Chek, Canada's largest sports retailer.[132]
