VERY RARE 1 OF A KIND ITEM!
This award/plaque was presented to the PHILADELPHIA PHANTOMS (now known as the LEHIGH VALLEY PHANTOMS, the FLYERS FARM team in the AHL) from the PHILADELPHIA SPORTS WRITERS ASSOCIATION at the 102nd ANNUAL DINNER held in CHERRY HILL, NJ on February 6, 2006.  The SPECIAL ACHIEVMENT AWARD was given to the team for winning CALDER CUP in 2005.
This item hung on the walls of the PHANTOMS TEAM OFFICE for years until I purchased it along with other items during a recent sale that they had.  Please see ALL pictures for condition as item does have scuffs and scratches.  Item measures about 13x20 inches and has some weight to it, as this was not a cheap plaque.
