Up for consideration we have an October 22, 1995 President Fidel Castro Speaks to Harlem Program with a Ticket and Rules or procedures sheet. The Program shows a fold down the center of the entire thing, and measures 5 1/2"x 8 1/2", and opens to 11"x 8 1/2", the Ticket measures 4 1/2"x 2 7/8", and the Procedures Sheet measures 4"x 5 1/2". The ticket reads Harry Neir on the front, and is signed by Jim Ream on the back, and the Rules show doodles and a phone number on the back, but otherwise this lot is in good albeit slightly wrinkled condition.
